Pithoi with relief representations were made in the 7th c. BC. in various regions(Crete, Rhodes and Cyclades,probably centred on Tenos), though they have also been found on Delos and Mykonos, Naxos, Melos, and Thera, in Boeotia, Eretria and Athens.
